the second (which shows more of a negative side) talks about how even your friends are your enemies, and just when you think you'll be friends forever, they see you're at your weakest and take advantage of you.
This quote is from Eminem's song "If I Had" .I think it fit good with the song, because in my opinion I think it was talking about more of the negative complications of life, and friends who turn their backs on you, or wait for the perfect time to stab you right in your back, is definitely a negative complication in life.
